Shipping Policy
All orders originate from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. To ensure timely delivery the company ships most orders via UPS. Bulk orders are shipped via Estes Express.

Shipment Processing Times
USA & CANADA: All orders received by 12pm EST daily Monday through Friday for in stock items and Expedited Shipping was paid for will ship same day. Other in stock items will ship in 2-5 business days. Products we must manufacture or procure will ship in 4-6 weeks. From time to time we will take longer than 6 weeks due to the challenges of running an American factory. We compensate orders that are beyond 6 weeks with a FREE plate carrier bag or armor carry bag.

OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA:
We utilize a Freight Broker to identify the lowest priced options with the best delivery schedules. Our team can also work with your freight forwarder.

Shipping Rates

USA: Orders over $200 will be shipped FREE of charge via UPS Ground with Tracking sent to your email at the time of shipment. Orders under $200 cost $14.95 for UPS Ground Shipping with Tracking. 
Canada: All orders are charged an actual a shipping/taxes/duties rate and are sent via UPS Ground with Tracking.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Body Armor Direct ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and in most cases APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Body Armor Direct uses USPS to deliver.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is being prepared to be shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. 

Partial Shipments
We do partial shipments as the items become available if it makes sense based on the products purchased.

Damages
Body Armor Direct will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order at sales@bodyarmordirect.com

Lost or Stolen Orders
You must purchase Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to have your package covered for lost or stolen issues during delivery. If you fail to purchase this shipping insurance there is no replacements offered by the company. 

Fraudelent or Criminal Activity
If you committ fraud or engage in criminal activity during the sales process we reserve the right to report your information to authorities, your employer and others as we like. All incidents will be addressed by our loss prevention team.
